As Registered Pelvic Health Professional, Registered Nurse and Personal trainer I am trained to assist you with the following problems:

During Menopause we experience changes to the tissues around the vulval and vagina. Sometimes women notice an increase in urinary tract infections, prolapse symptoms, urinary incontinence and pain and discomfort during sex.

Bladder problems

  • Urinary Incontinence
  • Stress Urinary Incontinence (leaking urine during coughing, sneezing, laughing or exercise)
  • Urge Incontinence (Feeling a strong urge to urinate, and often not making it to the loo in time).
  • Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections

Sexual pain

  • Pain or discomfort during sex
  • Management of vagina dryness
  • Change in sexual sensation
