Hi, I’m Lynda!

I’m a Registered Nurse with 30 years in health and fitness. I founded Lady Talk to support those experiencing menopausal symptoms with personalized plans to manage symptoms effectively and regain control over their health.
I have extensive experience across various nursing specialties, including general medicine, pediatrics, and gynecology. I took a short career break to raise two children, then retrained in fitness, specialising in exercise for women.

This saw me win awards at the NZ Exercise Industry Awards in 2017 and 2020 for my in-depth postnatal recovery programmes.

My expertise extends to pelvic floor recovery and exercise for pregnancy, post-birth, and perimenopause. After selling my fitness business, I returned to nursing in 2022, focusing on acute Gynaecology at Wellington Hospital and Practice Nursing, before launching Lady Talk.

Pelvic health is my passion, aiming to “ease the conversation” into taboo topics not often talked about. With my experience in Gynaecology and General Practice I strongly encourage early health intervention. Read more about pelvic health here
