What happens if I live out of Wellington and want to do this programme?

The programme can be completed outside of Wellington on telehealth. The pelvic health exam is something I can coach women through to do this themselves. Then I provide you with verbal and written instructions to progress yourself along with online exercise videos. You’ll be fully supported as you meet with me on video call for an hour a week over the 8 weeks.

What happens if I change my mind?

There are no refunds or makeups in the is 8-week programme.

Can I pay on Installments?

Yes. There is the option to pay all up front or do a 50% down and 50% at halfway through the programme.

Can I repeat this amazing programme?

Yes you can. I recommend you do. The changes you make can take 12 to 26 weeks to stick. Also perimenopause symptoms change too over the 4-8 year period, often we may need more help to manage the different symptoms that present.
