Our Menopause Vitality Programme is designed to support women aged 35-60 in navigating the challenges of menopause and revitalizing their health. Through a combination of personalized coaching, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle strategies, we empower women to embrace this transformative phase of life with energy and confidence.

Every session includes a tailored exercise session specific to your current needs eg pelvic floor, flexibility, strength etc.

We offer expert advice about menopause and lifestyle changes. Together we exercise once a week and cover all the vital exercise components for menopause: Resistance training, pelvic floor connection and exercise, flexibility and cardiovascular exercise.
